Supposedly PayPal is backed up with their eChecks. The buyer said to cancel it and they would send an instant payment. The PayPal site says that issuing a refund on an uncleared eCheck will cancel the payment, but this is from the page I get after I click the Refund button.
Anyone ever had to cancel payment on an uncleared eCheck before? I have money sitting in my PayPal account so when I "refund", I don't want it to send my money to the buyer.
I realize that it shouldn't do that based on what the site says, but I don't trust PayPal all that much.
Note: Because the original payment for this transaction is pending, you can only issue a full refund at this time.
