Hi
Thank you for taking interest in our offer. Yes, you really may receive
this phone free of charge. (If you are a verified PayPal user). First, you
will need to render to us a small service. The situation is that many of our
buyers want to pay via ParPal, and we regretfully may not accept it. The
objectives: you receive payment from our buyers through PayPal, then send the payment
to our office in Sittard, The Netherlands through Western Union (money
transfer expenses will be at our expense). As you can see, this task does not
require any charges from you, only a little time. If our cooperation becomes long
term, we may offer commission from each bargain.
If you are interested in the descrpition - please write back we will inform
you in detail.

Thanks.

I got this in response to a question I sent into an ebay seller that was selling a phone I wanted... The auction states that I can recieve this phone free(there were bids for up to 230 for the one actually on auction)... now paypal and ebay plus some talk about overseas company and western union... just doesn't sit right with me. I ain't gonna risk my paypal account over possible fraud and such, but am just wondering what your considerations might be... Like, if there was a way to find out they were really legit and just wanted contacts in the states with paypal to forward payments for the stuff the buyers were paying for, and actually really shipping the items in complete working order, that then would make me reconsider it...
Another thing that throws off my fraud radar... is that the ebay name only has 3 recent positives and 1 recent neutral, and that is for that person buying stuff, like Norton Systemworks and such... the rest are older so i can't tell

It's pretty obvious they want to scam you.
Hacked account/acct with stolen CC -----> your account ------> they win

I dunno, i wouldnt be above trying to beat them to the punch. You can always try setting up your own bogus accounts and a fast exit plan for the cash.... outscam the scammers  !!!

I'd never deal with anyone that has a low amount of feedback, especially a neutral/negative with such a low number of auction dealt with.

oh, i meant recent as in within 30 days... the account has like 130 positives, only 3 or so of which are "clickable"
