paypal downgrade disallowed

I upgraded my paypal again for the second time and said that I could only downgrade it once and I am now stuck with a premeir account and I don't want one. The only option is to open another one but it won't be attached to my heatware and my normal email addy.

Is there anyway to get it downgraded again?

You can only downgrade once, that's the policy. You are allowed to open a second account under a different email address, but not under the same one. I'd just live with the premier one, it's convenient to accept credit card payments (in my opinion). Just raise your prices by 3% when you sell stuff.

How do you find out if your account is premier or not? I don't remember if I upgraded or not but I get some hefty fees, in my opinion.

Many people want to pay with a credit card as a funding source, and you can't accept those payments unless you upgrade.

I was trying to ebay something and it said I needed to upgrade something so I said OK without thinking about it much then it was one of those surreal moments like...what did I just do...CRAP!

I think he just means that his heatware is the same as his e-mail address, which is the same one he uses for his Paypal account.
