PayPal Customer Service is GOOD?! WTF?

After hearing months of people ranting about their paypal horror stories, I was expecting them to have some unreachable CSRs and a near-invisible phone number.

Called to downgrade to a personal account, found the phone number in plain view on the site, got a CSR in 5 minutes, he took another 5 minutes to flip the switch.

Amazing. :Q 😕

The worst was amazon.com the only phone # i could find, was for their legal department. I called in and got a live person after the second ring who gave me the general support #. She also told me to give the # to my friends because the majority of their calls are requests for amazon's general CS #. Talk about poor CS.

When I was purchasing my cellular phone, the FedEx tracking number was missing a digit and it was sent "FedEx Saver" which means 1-3 days, and I wanted to call FedEx to find out which day I would need to be at home. So... The only phone # I could find was this one:

Doesn't exist. Only eMail and that is pretty damn hard to find.
