sent me an email and told me i've been approved and i will be receiving a new Paypal credit card, but i never asked for one. wTF? the email looks like its legit and not a phishing or scam attack because they're not ask for any of my info... :Q

Change your paypal password to something longer, but first scan with adaware, spybot, ms antispiware, etc. and try to get rid of the keystroke logger.

I just got a PayPal credit card offer in the mail. It was a crap offer. I got an offer straight from Providian at the same time, and it had much better terms.
