Paypal CC and virtual cc. Do you use it?

I got my paypal CC thats linked to my account and takes funds from there.

What do i put in the billin address though on sites since this card is linked to my paypal, no a home address


Also is having this card the same as the online virtual numbers you can get and under same protection or does the online virtual cc number change every purchase

you should have had to add a credit card to your paypal account
before you could get the paypal debit card
its whatever that original credit card's address is
atleast, for me
