I hate how Paypal has these stupid send limits were you have to have a bank account and credit card tied to the account just to be able to send money you actually have in your paypal account already. Basically I have $153 in my paypal account right now from a project I did and was paid via paypal and my spending limit is at zero and I cant even use any of the money to send to other paypal account holders. Why do they require you to have a bank account or credit card? I do have a bank account but the problem with my bank is I don?t know the banks routing number although I have my account number. Paypal requires both to be able to use it then they require you to verify that they deposed a small amount in your account and it can usually take a few days for that to happen. Well with my bank I cant(small local branch) check my account online so I have to go down the bank in person and ask if there was a deposited and to get some conformation number and hope paypal sent it otherwise I just went down there for nothing. The other option is credit card which I don?t even want to consider getting mostly because I'm not bringing in a steady income instead I'm just working odd jobs for now while going to school. That works sort of the same way except they take a small charge off your credit and send some conformation number to the cc provider and ask you to retrieve it. WTF is anyone else annoyed by this?
