PayPal BS - Yes, another annoyed user and thread

I'm currently having problems with this *insert expletive here* company. Did you know that you have a credit card limit? I recently had two of my credit cards changed, one because of fraud and the other because of an account upgrade. Before these changes occurred, I had three cards registered with PayPal. When I received my fraud replacement card, I immediately deleted (or so I thought) the old one from PayPal and added the new one. No problems. So I figured I wouldn't have any problems adding my new upgraded card. Nope. It seems that if you are an unverified user, you can only add 4 credit cards to your account. No editing or replacing of those cards is allowed. The only other alternative is to become a verified member, which then you can add up to 8 cards. Editing or replacing is not an option here either. Once that limit has been met, you have to rely on their eCheck service.

Does anyone think this is bs? I've repeatedly asked them how this can be at all fair and they just repeatedly send me the same e-mail over and over again. I'm thinking of closing my account and reopening it under a different e-mail. Anyone think this'll work?

I wouldn't trust a company called insert expletive here. That's your first mistake.
