I have two transactions in paypal from canadian buyers, is there way you can see if their legitimate, I not interested to have charge backs. Is there anyway you can see if their previous payments have be good

Do they have a rating? When you log into your account and look at the transaction, I think there should be a number in parenthesis after their name - this tells how many successful transactions they've made. Are they verified? That goes a long way towards proving they're legitimate too.

i left paypal when it was early cause they charged a card i had *removed* from their system... grr.. but now it just seems more and more useful for getting my money... so i decided to go back and just use it for small transactions.. whatta ya know, my bank isn't accepted anymore for verification!

I can't, unfortunately, go into another account history to give you guidance on a matter. I would:

1. Ask how long the user has been active in the system (you should be able to see details).
2. I would also use other tools (feedback ratings,etc) to determine the potential for problems.

All payment decisions are done at the discretion of individual users.
