Paypal and International shipments

I have never shipped anything overseas, so please take it easy on a noob.

Here is the story, I have a video card up on Fleabay and a guy in Iseral says he wants to buy it. He says he will pay with Paypal. So my question is, is there anyway that he could screw me or am I protected with Paypal?

He also wants me to send it USPS Global Express because it has signiture requirments. Has anyone shipped items this way?

PayPal offers no protection for international sales.

Therefore, I NEVER, EVER sell internationally.

Not even to those annoying Canadians.

I always set my eBay and PayPal options so that only US bidders can bid on my items, and only US payments with a 'Confirmed' address can be sent to my PayPal.
