PayPal - Almost A Month And Still No $$

On January 21, I transferred ~$250 US into my chequeing account (I'm in Canada). Now it's Feb. 13, and I still have seen the money.

And I've sent an email that went unanswered.

Does it usually take this long? Should I call the 1-888 number?

This is the first time I've used it to withdraw, and I must say, I'm pretty disappointed...

Normally it's very, very fast (typical EFT).

A month is WAY too long.

You HAVE to call them.

Maybe things have changed, but I once sent them an email and they replied 2 months later like it was no big deal.

AS FYI---doing international traces can take some time to investigate.

Have you transfered money to your account before ? The correct bank account # is associated with paypal ?
