Paypal account tied to ING Direct account

I have a personal Paypal account that I treasure since there are no fees on it. Paypal keeps cutting their monthly receiving limit back on their accounts, and I need to sell some stuff that'll put me over the limit, so I want to open a premier account for these things. I can't use my checking account, as it's already tied to my savings. Is there a way to attach my ING Direct savings account to a Paypal account? I don't see a routing number, which appears to be key. Is there something I'm missing or is this just the way it is?
