For those of you who don't know me very well, if I include a smiley, usually means I am joking around, including the frown.

No, I don't think Paulson should be banned, but a good public lashing might be in order. =) <---See, smiley. Means I am kidding. (Maybe)
 
My guess would be Paulson's last sig file, it was something like
