God damn is the average lifespan in Hollywood like 55 years old or something?
At first I thought "At least he lived a long life" until it occured to me that 70 is only "hollywood" old, he should have had another 15-20 years in the tank.
I will miss him.
I am going to watch Mystery Men tonight.
I watched Pee Wee's over lunch. That movie is just rapid fire jokes.
In that case, RIP Davy Crockett too.i have forgotten most of the jokes
but i remember the alamo
cancer sucks... 6 years fighting it
Cancer knows no age limits.
What really hit me is he didn't want anyone to know he was fighting cancer because he didn't want to make his fans sad.Cancer knows no age limits.
What really makes me sad is your whole world is based upon familiar faces...celebrities you enjoy as you grow up shape your life. As they die off, eventually you have no more roots to your past. It's kind of debasing. A good 80% of my childhood heroes are already dead.Yea, and there are no guarantees that we will live to 90. I just had a friend who passed away at 44. It was cancer. My mom passed away at 64.
As you get older you start noticing that the people you grew up with on TV, or IRL start passing away. And realize the shortness of life. The impermenance of it all.

Same and same.RIP
Just watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure yesterday in honor of his work. I used to watch Pee Wee's playhouse every Saturday when i was a kid.
