Patton DialFire PT1 & PT2 RAS Card

Hey guys. I am a new admin at work and i am helping out with building some new servers. We have IBM E345 model 8670's. We have a few of them but with this particuler one, we'll call COMM2, is driving us nuts. We have these 3 servers that are all the same. We have a problem that we build COMM2 server and when we add this Patton DialFire RAS card we cannot get the drivers to load properly. Now that being said, we image the server that is working COMM1, with the cards installed and build the COMM2 with COMM1's image and it will work like a champ. I know we could just use the image and change the server name and roll with it but there has to be a reason that when we start with a clean load on this server it doesnt work. These cards allow us like 50+ comm ports and they all have splats if we do a fresh load. any help would be great.
