It says up to 100 mb/sec write speed

I wonder if that hits that speed with USB 3.0?

I have one of their "quad" USB 2.0 drives and their speeds claim 25mb/sec write and it indeed comes very close to it.

Seems like a pretty good deal AR since 32GB drives are still selling for up to 50.00 in places.

edit:
oops that was 100 MB/sec read and 70 MB/sec write

It doesnt appear to be a rebate per say... This drive basically costs $85 but they give you a $25 gift card to spend on whatever you want the next time.

Can that really be considered a rebate?

are you kidding? what on earth would you call it? The fact its on a plastic card makes it waste of plastic imo.. they just hoping u dont spend it all before expires etc.

$59.99 after mail-in rebate card (they even call it a rebate funny stuff thanks for laugh)

A rebate is a check that you can deposit into your bank. This isnt something that you can cash out or deposit into your bank.. thats why im not calling it a rebate.

"A MIR entitles the buyer to mail in a coupon, a receipt and barcode in order to receive a check for a particular amount, depending on the particular product, time, and often place of purchase."

This is getting offtopic though. Great deal once again and mine has just shipped!

Your bank can actually deposit the amount on the card into your bank account.

I've done it before
