This isn't really a memory problem, its a problem w/ the pdf patriot is offering or a user/software problem.
Did you save the pdf to your local machine?
Is the pdf in 'read only' mode?

Yes I saved it. I get the same result either way...

http://www.patriotmem.com/support/rmap.jsp

To initiate an RMA process, please download and complete the RMA form for submission. For all products purchased through retailer and e-tailers, complete the RMA form and email to support@patriotmem.com.

The fill print scan and email method is ok but I dont have any printer/scanner or software on the this machine yet......

The Patriot PDF clearly states that the filled-out form cannot be saved.

Get a utility to print it into the PDF - like a printer/converter.

Like this one, but this one is Word to PDF.

Just google for the "Universal" pdf printer.

Pretty stupid setup by Patriot, but I suppose that's what you get when you buy a second-tier brand.
