Better performance for AMD. Get this ram and run it at 2-3-2-5 with a devider (if you overclock), and you will be all set. AMD's like lower latencies more then higher speeds, its been proven.

i paid a little more for the PC3200 TCCD stuffs. I figure having the flexibility is worth the extra $$$. But that's just me. I wouldnt be surprised if the PC400 was one and the same.

PQI Turbo PC-4000 (2.5-3-3-7) is probably the cheapest TCCD memory I have seen. I would recommend going with it.
