what is your use? do you need the highend ram? personally i have had good luck with mushkin as a company, took care of my problem asap, have not dealt with patriot.
 
Which ever is cheaper they are both TCCD on a brainpower PCB, and both have lifttime warrenties. basicly the exact same memory w/ a different name and heat spreader on it.
