Yeah, he is gay compared to Kirk. And Sisko. Even Archer. Picard is tied with Janeway as the gayest ever, but he loses the tiebreaker because he likes to "play the flute".

That was a needed element though. First Officer "The Beard" brought enough testosterone to the bridge.

And honestly Janeway had more nuts than any of the rest.
