Patched tire with noticably softer sidewalls=dangerous?

I had a flat a couple days ago and I've since patched the tire but I have some concerns over the structural rigidity of it. Today I went to take some pressure readings to make sure that the tire wasn't leaking and the good news is that is isn't. However I did notice that the sidewalls had noticeably more give when pushing on it compared to the other 4 tires(all inflated to 32-33 PSI). Should I be concerned about this?

The problem is that because of the tight layout of the parking garage I was in, I had to drive on the flat tire for maybe 50-100 feet before AAA could get to my tire. I was wondering if this could have damaged it.

Yep, I imagine your rim was folding your sidewall over and driving on it.

The work was done at a Sears automotive place.

When I say noticeable, I mean relative compared to the other tires. The other tires won't budge at all while the patched one will budge a .25cm especially near the thread.

Very likely it's due to you driving on the flat tire. It probably shredded much of the insides of the sidewall so its much thinner now. And I doubt sears will patch any tire with a puncture on the sidewall because of the liability.
