2 of 20 test WSUS users experienced BSOD's after approving/installing most of the updates released yesterday. Obviouslly it makes it hard to nail which one did it, but a restore to Monday was the only way to get the BSOD to stop.
It occured 1-2 minutes after the user gets to the desktop, so I'm not sure what to suspect.
Below is what I approved, with astrisks next to what the two users downloaded and installed this morning according to WSUS.
Obviously all 20 users are on XP.
