Patch Panel Problem

Hello all,

I just received this CAT6 patch panel. It was second hand and the owner before just cut all of the Ethernet cables before sending. I am having trouble getting the clips undone so i can get access to the terminal to wire new cat cabling in. Could someone please let me know how i can do it? The images below are of the patch panel i have:
