This is pretty simple stuff, and honestly if you don't know exactly what to do or how much to charge you shouldn't be touching it.

For a site that small, I would simply put rj45 ends on the cables coming from the rooms and forget that phone quality patch panel. Then you can simply get a switch and plug the verizon ethernet into the switch and be done. If there's phone there, I can't see how it's run.

First, whoever did that didn't know what they doing.

Second, that's a typical "legrand" style home network cabinet. Buy them at home depot, and specific gear to go with it.

Do you want all those drops to function as Network drops? The "RJ31X" looks like it's a phone jack.

If you want them all to function as Network drops, or even a couple, then you'll need to do the cable heads the right way for Ethernet

Let's start with types of cable, which is your first step in the process. Which cable's are you dealing with. Specifically the blue cables that look like they're run out to the house.

1) Stranded copper cable, a.k.a. "patch cable". You should not punch this type of cable into keystones (unless the keystones specifically say it's made for it). Patch cable will have RJ45 heads crimped onto it

2) Solid copper cable, a.k.a. "riser cable". This cable is stiffer and designed to be an infrastructure type of install. Keystone to keystone, and not messed with unless there's a problem

This should be redone.... its inverted in the direction you installed it in... as in the wires should be going from the inside to out.
(orange and strip orange is correct, the rest is wrong)

And keystone wires should be done with keystone tools to terminate the ends cleanly, unless ur very good with a razor blade.

If you did this, then i suggest you get some better tools and redo them.
If you hired someone to do this, i suggest you avoid them forever.
Also FiOS assuming its like my ATT Fiber, you have a ONC, which taps directly to the fiber main, then converts it to a RJ-45, which goes into the router/modem.

There is nothing to do on your end, as the installer does the ONC connection.
The only thing on your end is to connect the RJ-45 to the router, and then your router to a switch.

Yea, that's kind of a mess. I guess you need to ask your customer what they want. Most people probably just want it to work for them (whatever their requirements are) and don't care what it looks like or if it's correct.

If I just moved into this house and I inherited it I'd do it right, meaning...pulling all that out all the way to the Keystones. I'd put in a proper network patch panel, properly punch it down. Go from the patch panel with proper patch cords to a switch.

As someone else said, that's a standard Legrand box. They make specific patch panels and other things to go in them, but I think they're getting harder to find and they probably cost more than they should and not really the best quality.

Plenty of YouTube videos out there about why patch panels are a good idea and how to do them, but like I said, find out what's important to your customer and whether it's worth your time.

The phone is the one keystone with blue white cable only hanging of the modems mTa adapter
