PAT?

I was reading reviews here and they said that even the abit and asus 865 chipset mobos still have PAT even though it is not called PAT on those. Well is that true or what because on abit and asus website they dont say anything in specs about having anything like PAT.

It's true and intel won't let them call it PAT for fear of lawyers (just like futuremark stopped calling it "cheating" by nvidia even though it was).

TomsHardware i865 reviews go into the details of how it's done, I forget which one though (the Asus?)
