Ever heard of 'practice what your preach'?

So I'm assuming you have pleanty of examples of this pastor "bashing others" for the very things he has done? Why don't you go ahead and start proving your ignorant statement with some quotes or proof. Otherwise, you are just trolling.

I'm surprised Karl Rove hasn't been "outed" yet, it's pretty obvious where his preferences lie
Are you freaking kidding me?! Haggard and Bush linked themselves via his weekly conference calls and meetings with the White House. No, this doesn't mean Bush is gay too, but denying that Haggard and Bush & his Administration are linked makes you the world's biggest delusional.Originally posted by: ProfJohn
Shira, I am talking about the people who are trying to link this guy and Bush or other Republicans, look at a few of the first couple of posts.

And Haggard's actions, should they turn out to be true, only serves to demonstrate how hypocritical (and corrupt - but that's another discussion) the GOP and the evangelical leaders really are. You just don't see self-hating gay hypocrites of this calibre like Haggard and Foley on the other side of the aisle.

630 KHOW played the voicemails that Pastor Ted left on for the male prostitutes cell phone. I caught one of them as i was stepping out of the shower and it sounded just like Pastor Ted and he was asking the Pro if he can score him 200 bucks worth of meth.
pretty damning if you ask me.
however the Pro took a lie detector test yesterday but failed it. the testor said the results showed "deception"
Pastor Ted does have 5 kids and a wife, i feel very very sorry for them right now. i cant imagine what they are going through.

Nothing worse than people shoving ethics down your throat when they cannot live by those same ethics.
I feel bad for the wife and kids though.
I wonder how long it will take for him to sign himself into a clinic? LOL

There are supposedly 30 million people that are linked to his church in one way or another, that's 1/10 of Americans, pretty scary if you ask me. These people flop around on the ground for crying out loud.
And succeeding. For example, there's this from the < ahem > "reverand's" own site:Originally posted by: ProfJohn

You want linkage? I got yer linkage right heah! :laugh:LIKE MANY PASTORS, the Rev. Ted Haggard has a packed schedule, including four worship services on Sunday, counseling sessions with church members, and radio commercials promoting the Scriptures. But in his Palm Pilot, next to an electronic copy of the Bible, Mr. Haggard has one Monday appointment that stands out: "3 p.m.: White House." It's a weekly conference call Mr. Haggard dials into that's led by Tim Goeglein, the White House's liaison to the conservative community, and includes prominent religious leaders. "We have direct access," says Mr. Haggard, senior pastor of the giant New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colo. "I can call [Mr. Goeglein], he'll take my concern to the president and get back to me in 24 hours."
.
.
Mr. Haggard is also trying to boost evangelical voter participation. On Sept. 19, he will co-host a two-hour broadcast encouraging viewers to make it to the polls and to call their congressional representatives in support of the Federal Marriage Amendment, which would ban same-sex marriages.
An associate pastor at New Life Church said this morning that there's "some truth" to allegations made this week against the Rev. Ted Haggard, founder and senior pastor of the 14,000-member church.
A Denver man on Wednesday alleged that he was paid for sex during a three-year relationship with Haggard and that he saw Haggard use methamphetamine.
?It?s not entirely false," the Rev. Rob Brendle, associate pastor of New Life, said of the allegations. "We don?t know the extent of the truth of them.?
The board of directors for Seattle-based Exodus North America voted Oct. 3 to remove John Paulk as board chairman but to retain him as a board member on "probationary" status. The decision follows media reports that Paulk was photographed visiting a gay bar in Washington, D.C. on the evening of Sept. 19.
Exodus International is a Christian organization that encourages homosexuals to leave the gay lifestyle. Paulk, who works for Focus on the Family, is the ex-gay movement's most visible leader. While he is on probation, Paulk will not attend board meetings or have voting privileges.
