password recovery for .7z

I password protected a folder I own to keep people from snooping through my things and I forgot the password. I can't write my own brute force, I don't run unix/linux, and I can't remember the password. does anyone know an app that will help me get into the file.

yes it is my file....

As counter intuitive as it sounds maybe you should keep a list of your passwords. I keep a USB key with a simple password (Sandisk Cruzer) that should stop any John Doe from getting in should I lose the USB key and inside is a much more strongly password protected excel file with all my common passwords.

well it wouldn't be too long and I don't use capitalized letters and it might even be a word so a dictionary attack would even work. I'm just looking for a program that will work. I'd considering paying for a program if I had to.
