Password protect Microsoft Outlook

I searched Google, the forums here and Microsoft... didn't find anything. Is there an add-on that allows you to do this? I mean I know it's not going to be too secure because someone can just go download my .pst file. I looked at all the settings within Outlook and didn't find anything pertaining to it.

i know you can password protect your pst files (and encrypt them) but i don't know about outlook itself.
