Password permissions on Win2k Server

On one of the Win2k servers I have, I need to password protect a directory. I will give the scenario below, as I can't think of a workable solution that would be easy to implement.

There are two client computers which login to the domain controller (which also has the shared dir). They map this directory to their computers as well. The problem is however, that there is another person who frequently accesses one of these computers using the same login. What I need, is a way to protect the shared directory using a password so that when another person uses the computer without their own login, then they won't be able to access the mapped drive without a password.

The client comp is win2k pro.

Any ideas?
