Password Change with MS Exchange

Hi guys! My co workers have been spying on my email. This is because our "smart" administrators gave us all the same passwords. The server is in Canada while i am in Asia. This is the name of the software i log into:
Microsoft® Office Outlook® Web Access
for Exchange Server 2003
How do i go about changing it? There is no option present int the Options button.

Oulook Web access 2003 does not have the change password function enabled by default.
So unless your administrators specifically enabled it, your out of luck.
