Password caps reset

Just a notice to those who can't seem to log on and get "credentials invalid" error, try typing your password WITHOUT any capital letters. Mine did that and so did someone else's, so it is something to try

Happened to me tonight, but I was typing it with and without caps but with the same results. I had to try to login about 5 times before it accepted it.

what if we've already tried to reset our password and haven't gotten an email about it?

I don't know why you haven't gotten an email - I haven't tried resetting mine since I'm not going to worry about a couple capital letters.
