Password a dir in XP?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to password off a directory in Windows XP Pro so that a password is require to enter, view, manipulate, etc. it's contents. (regardless of logon or Domain)

I know you can password protect a zipped or compressed folder. Go to Help/Support and query with "Password Folder."

I tried the help/support, and it thought I meant file encryption, which only proctects dir on a user level. IE anyone logged in to this terminal as admin would still have access. I don't want to zip or compress it, just password it. Maybe this isn't possible.

I dont think its possible in xp. I remember seeing some third party software that let you do something like that but I cant remember what it was called right now.
