First things first, take a look at this picture. Thats my messy case, jeez do I wish I had a modular PSU with long enough cables. Anyways, as you can see that chipset cooler is REALLY close to my 8800gts INTAKE fan. I didn't really affect temps from my videocard, but I've got this feeling the chipset temps could be lower. Now, in the end, all that matters is, is that a new 'passive' cooling solution is going to fit, instead of bumping into the chipset cooler.
I'm thinking about ordering from this website: http://shop.freezinghardware.n...asp?Pagina=00002&c=159
I think they pretty much have all the videocard 'aftermarket' coolers listed, and their prices don't seem to be that far of. If you could tell me which one is the best, and which one is the best bang for buck, It would be of great help.
I've got a P182, with 3 fans, the top fan has been removed, and I put it in the middle HD bay. You think airflow would be enough to just passively cool my 8800gts 320mb ?
Thanks in advance,
Marc
