passively cooled heatsink for 1800+?

is it possible to get a pssively cooled HS for a 1800+? noise never really bothered me but then i experiance an almost completely passively cooled system with only a panaflo on the heatsink and it was indeed sweet

I looked into this once before and with no fans and a nice cooler the CPU will just burn up. An SLK800/900 with a Panaflo L1A at 5V will be completely silent and be cool enough. I have a 92mm Panaflo M1A at 5V and I cant hear it with the case open from 1ft away as well.

Directron was making some sort of completely passive "Heatsink Case", but I havent seen or heard of it in a few months now.
