im not a temp freak, i dont need it to be The ABSOLUTE COOLEST IT CAN BE -8000 Celcius :p i just want to keep it reasonable. and i was wondering about passive cooling for a 2.66B. if i do get this setup, of course i wnt OC. so that isnt a problem. since i sleep in my pc room and im too lazy to shut off/turn on my pc twice a day (TWICE!?!?!?!), i would like to make my case with minimal fans.

Thanx

Just buy the biggest heatsink money can buy and put a Panaflo L1A on it. That should be all the cooling you would need. Don't forget to get a fairly quiet HDD. Also putting a L1A in your PSU can help cut the noise down alot also.

If you want quiet your def want to go with the biggest heatsink you can buy. Theres no way you could run it without somekind of fan blowing heat off the heatsink.
