Passive cooling a 2.8ghz p4?

Some of you guys have probably seen this article..

Anyone else skeptical of this heatsink passively cooling a 2.8ghz p4? I've seen reviews of it, and even with the fan bracket installed, it doesn't do very well.

You would think so... but this guy only increased his temps about 6-8C, and his only fan is in his PSU.
 
Just get the newer Zalman 7000 series ones, they have a 92MM fan, just switch the fan to silent mode and you cant hear it at all, its keeping my 3.0C at 36-37C idle
