I have a watch with built-in 256MB flash mem. Will passing it through those airport scanners damage the memory?

Man just think of all those digital cameras, laptops, cellphones, and pdas that get ruined everyday passing through airport metal detectors and xray machines.

Memory watches do not use magnetic storage. It is solid-state flash memory. It should not be affected by the scanner.
