Passing memory watch through airport scanners:

I have a watch with built-in 256MB flash mem. Will passing it through those airport scanners damage the memory?

Checked luggage Xrays are much more powerful than carryon. You will be fine.

Memory watches do not use magnetic storage. It is solid-state flash memory. It should not be affected by the scanner.
