Passenger jet in camouflage?

I was looking at the set of The Office, and noticed Van Nuys airport was nearby. While snooping around the airport, I found this. I'm not sure if it's a commercial, personal, or military jet, but whoever owns it - why would they paint it in camouflage?

Only thing I could think of is that some rapper got done watching Soul Plane and thought this would be a good idea.

Looks awesome. Definitely not military. They don't use that kind of camo anymore. Come to think of it, they never have. Plus it doesn't have the USAF roundel on it. Oddly Google doesn't seem to know about it. Must be well hidden.

I'm not seeing a map?

Looks like it could be a map, though kind of hard to see since it wraps around the plane. South East Asia at the nose, Africa and the leading edge of the wings, and South America at the rear.

That's a different plane, actually, and a different paint job.

You're right. It showed up when i searched google images for the Oakley.

Edit: The one in my picture looks like the one in the OP at the airport, so YOUR plane is the different one. 😛
