Those guys were a bunch of pvssies! She comes to and they ran off like squirrels which squirrels have more balls then they did. Not even enough balls to consider rape. It's no rape but a "trick" like this deserves them to have what little balls they have to be pressed with a vice grip clamp. :|

While I'm sure she'll feel like crap about this and be really pissed off, if the hair is really that important you can in fact buy wigs that look pretty decent (like the kind that cancer patients get for the same weird looks reason). It'd be a lot of money though, but still, it's an option if getting weird looks really is a huge problem.

Anyways, assault charges are probably hard to press if you don't know who did it.

If I were this girl and I found these guys I'd probably threaten to press assault charges unelss these a-holes buy me one of those expensive wigs that look normal, and I'd get on with my life. I'd also curse them the f**k out of course, but I dunno if I'd actually go ahead and get people kicked out of school or whatnot, just because it's probably not worth ruining someone's life over this.
