Pasively cool system for DIVX Possible?

Hey Guys,
Do you think any of the Via, Cyrix, Centrino, whatever CPUs run cool enough to make a passively cool DIVX recorder/player (PVR/HTPC)?

hush pc's are fanless, but I don't know how well they perform check out www.mini-itx.com for purchasing one.

I'd say with a little ingenuity and alot of heatpipes you could probably passivly cool any one of those chips, the only question is how big the heatsink will end up being.
