do you all think i'll have problems with this configuration ?

i just can't seem to justify paying 100-200 dollars more for 1 or 2GB of ddr2 800 mem


the price for these items comes out to about 400 dollars after shipping



any opinions/recommendations welcome

most notably will the bios mem dividers allow me to push that cpu overclock to it's limit on the stock HSF without the mem limiting me ?
