Parts recomendations Please..

With my Shuttle SS51G comming to my place soon... I would just like to ask you ppl what CPU RAM and HDD should i put into my case...

Components...

INTEL P4 2.26 GHz....? How far can you reasonably push this thingy.
Kington 256 MB DDR ====>taken from other PC or should I get kingston 256MB DDR333. (can't get crucial here). don't think I can afford 512MB at the moment....
ASUS 8200 Duluxe ( taken from my other PC)
IBM DeathStar GXP 120 ...61.5 gig HDD (Taken from other PC) which brand oh HDD is good these days..?
