I have a couple of questions about purchasing a video card and possibly some other parts like CPU and MD. I live in Vacouver, Canada.
1. Which country generally offers cheaper price for parts?
2. Do internet sellers like Amazon and Ebay generally offer cheaper price for parts?
3. Are there any sellers that you guyz can recommend me? Thanks!

1. Generally, US prices are a bit lower especially when considering shipping
2. Compared to what?
3. US: newegg, amazon, microcenter, ncix, tigerdirect, superbiiz. Canada: newegg, amazon, ncix, tigerdirect, memoryexpress, directcanada, canadacomputers. In either case I don't recommend eBay except for used components.

Since he started #2 with the word "internet", I assume he means as opposed to B&M stores. Often internet sttores are cheaper, but MicroCenter frequently has the best deals on Intel CPUs and motherboards.
