Partitioning software for Windows that you trust?

I need to edit the partition layout on a disk (expand one partition at the expense of the other, both NTFS file systems). What would people here recommend?
 
Paragon works, but I prefer Acronis DiskDirector with bootable media off line.
 
I'd go with Windows Disk Management myself. Shrink one volume, expand the other, done. Start > diskmgmt.msc, right-click and Run As Administrator.
