Partitioning Outbound DSL Bandwidth

We are looking to begin streaming audio for a radio station website. The company that will do our web serving tells us our two encoding machines need 40K each to send the data to their servers. The basic SWBell access available provides 128K outbound. Will these two servers' requirements for bandwidth work well with general web traffic on other desktops? I'd hate to use the DSL for just these two machines that use very little of the inbound bandwidth. Will any of the cheap routers available allow me to assign bandwidth to a particular machine?

You will need about 384Kbps to achieve 40K sec. So if I read your post correctly a 128Kbps line isn't enough.
