Partitioning/Installing Dual-Boot Win2k & Win98

What should step 5 (below) be? I'm getting ready to create my 2nd ever Dual-Boot system. Just trying to remember exactly how I did it.
My question is... what should step 5 say, so that step 10 will work as stated?
Any other helpful sugestions would be appreciated too.

1. Write all zeros on hard drive using IBM Disk Manager Utility Floppy.

2. Restart Computer with Boot Floppy containing FDISK. Run FDISK. Select ?no? for large disk support. This ensures a FAT16 C:\ drive.

3. Create a PRIMARY DOS PARTITION C:\ of 1024MB.

4. Restart Computer with Boot Floppy containing FDISK. Run FDISK. This time select ?yes? for large disk support. This ensures FAT32 for the rest of the WIN98 drive.

5. Create an EXTENDED DOS PARTITION for only the rest of the drive that you want to be WIIN98 (? or maybe ALL the rest of the drive?).

6. Create LOGICAL DRIVES D:\ and E:\ for WIN98 only. Leave the rest of the EXTENDED DOS PARTITION alone (i.e. don?t define any more WIN98 logical drives).

7. Run OEMSETUP from WIN98SE CD (Not SETUP.EXE ? This will allow installation on C:\ only!).

8. OEMSETUP will format the LOGICAL DRIVES and install WIN98SE on the drive of your choice.

9. Start WIN98SE and test that it is running properly.

10. Reboot and run the setup for WIN2000. This will create NTFS PARTITIONS on the rest of your drive as you wish, sense WIN98SE and install the BOOT LOADER. It will then install WIN2000.

Any other helpful sugestions would be appreciated too.
