Partitioning an SSD

What is the effect of partitioning an SSD? I understand that SSD's have a way of spreading writes equally to all cells so as to incur uniform wear. Regarding the application of partitions, would it disturb the systems which SSD's use for wear uniformity? My objective is only to create a seperate place on the drive for seperation and organization of files, but I would like to do so without disturbing the write spreading system in SSDs.
 
No need to worry about partitioning causing problems, wear leveling happens at the device level and is transparent to the layers above it
