is there any free partition software out there that works for windows me/xp and xp64? i need to make 1 more partition on my 300gb, right now it split 50/50, but i want about a 3gb partition that in fat32 for windows me.

well i want to reinstall my windows xp home edition upgrade version so i can use my studio 9 to make some dvd, and this xlink kai software to play some people online with my ps2. but i need temp install of windows me so i can install windows xp. I dont have a regular me cd, it just restore cd that windows xp doesnt recongize. But i also want to dual boot with xp64.
