Heyo! I'm having a problem with my new build.

Old system:
Core 2 duo e6300
Asus p5q pro turbo
ATI 1900XTX
4gB GSkill DDR2 1066
2xWD 74gB Raptor Drives set in Raid 0

New system:
AMD Phenom 955BE
Biostar 790GXE 128
ATI 5770
4gB Gskill DDR2 1066
2xWD 74gB Raptor Drives set in Raid 0

Ok so the old system was working fine, but I decided to upgrade since the old system was not driving 2x24" monitors at 1900 resolution without severe frame rate droppage.

I mounted all of the parts and rebooted. I went to bios and set it to Raid & then prioritized the dvdrw to 1st boot priority so it would boot right off the windows 7 disc.

Then I went to the AMD BIOS Rom Utility and created a new Raid 0 set up (64kB stripe) and selected both hard drives to be a part of the configuration

Then I went to the windows set up and loaded the drivers from a flash drive that contained the drivers for windows 7 64 bit install (I downloaded the latest one from biostar.tw)

I'd like to note at this point there was NO partition to be found. It was not until I loaded the vista 64 bit drivers that the setup would even recognize that I had a partition (I downloaded all of the sata/raid drivers just in case.)

When I select the partition and go to expand the files it errors out. I get two errors. One is that it simply cannot find the partition. The second is the error code 0x80070057 which I searched and it's supposed to be a driver error.

edit: Oh also I am using a windows 7 update disc and the system already has windows 7 on it. I figured if I did a clean install it would see an old version of w7 and let me do this. If that's not the case I could find my old vista disc and load it up first, but from what I read on various internet forums I didn't think that was necessary.

Any ideas? If you need more information please do not hesitate to ask.
