Partition question

Can I shrink my D drive(Vista) and expand my C drive(Win7) and what OS would i do it from or doesn't it matter? Thanks.

Yes. But Vista will only shring to a size where no files have ever been written, and it won't expand.

Stop screwing around and get Partition Magic.

Symantec has let Partition Magic gather dust and decay. Acronis Disk Director is now much better.

be careful when changing starting sector of partition that hosts windows installation. for some reason, windows does not like that.
